Yet another great show at The Observatory which has become one of the premiere clubs in Southern California. The Faint brought a great light show, catchy songs and lots of energy to the gig tonight. They are touring to promote their excellent new album "Doom Abuse". It's been six years since the last Faint record so these guys came ready to play hard, and play a long time, putting on a high energy show lasting almost two hours and showcasing both old and new material. The crowd was with them the whole time and I left feeling that The Faint is a band on the verge of bigger things to come.
